1. Configuring Email on Microsoft Outlook:

3. Configuring Email on Mozilla Thunderbird:

  • Open Thunderbird and go to "Tools" > "Account Settings."
  • Click on "Account Actions" and then "Add Mail Account."
  • Fill in your Your Name, Email Address, and Password. Click "Continue."
  • Thunderbird will attempt to configure your email automatically. If unsuccessful, choose "Manual Config."
  • Set the Server Type to either "IMAP" or "POP3" and fill in the Server, User Name, and Outgoing Server (SMTP) details.
  • Click "Re-test" to ensure the settings are correct, then "Done" to complete the setup.
